The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Marketing Task Author to design and calibrate expert-level marketing tasks for training and evaluating advanced AI agents. You will create realistic enterprise marketing scenarios, establish precise scoring standards, and validate that each task reflects genuine marketing judgment.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role for experienced marketing professionals located in the UK. The role is part-time and requires 20 or more hours per week, with compensation ranging from $20 to $50 per hour.

What You'll Do
You will build text-based marketing tasks and evaluate whether the prompts, data, expected outputs, and scoring criteria work together. You will also review AI-generated task materials when provided and refine them to meet the required standards.
Author realistic prompts for on-brand announcement drafts, competitive comparison documents, and campaign attribution analysis.
Write scoring rubrics covering factual accuracy, brand fit, and whether conclusions are supported by the available data.
Set up task environments using campaign data, brand guidelines, competitive intelligence, and analytics outputs.
Solve each task yourself to confirm that the scenario is realistic and the correct output is clear.
Calibrate task difficulty by adjusting data complexity, brand-guideline specificity, or attribution ambiguity.
Review and correct AI-drafted task prompts or rubrics when provided.
Required Qualifications
