The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Marketing Presentation Reconstruction Expert to recreate and improve business presentation slides from images in Microsoft PowerPoint. The work covers campaign performance reviews, brand strategies, sales pitch decks, and executive board or investor communications.

You will apply professional judgment across visual design, data visualization, storytelling, messaging structure, and evidence-supported content. Improvements must preserve factual accuracy, industry definitions, important caveats, and the original slide's strongest elements.

• Reconstruct presentation slides from provided images
• Create executive-level marketing and business materials
• Balance visual improvement with factual and contextual accuracy
• Document the reasoning behind slide changes

What You'll Do

You will rebuild each slide in Microsoft PowerPoint, including its text, charts, layout, and visual hierarchy. You will also refine messaging and structure so evidence-supported points are clear and useful to senior leaders and stakeholders.

For every slide, you will maintain a detailed rationale log explaining improvements, intentional design decisions, and the original elements you chose to preserve.

Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on experience in marketing, brand, sales enablement, corporate communications, or a relevant agency environment
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including slide reconstruction, layout, visual hierarchy, and data visualization
• Experience creating executive-level presentations for senior leaders or client stakeholders
• Ability to preserve factual accuracy, domain-specific definitions, and important business caveats
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Exceptional written communication for documenting messaging hierarchy and presentation choices
