This project focuses on Marketing Document Review: preparing bilingual marketing documents and providing clear, structured feedback so AI systems can learn how to produce accurate, engaging, and professionally presented materials.

The role

As a Marketing Documents Specialist (Chinese) you will create, review, and improve bilingual marketing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Your subject-matter knowledge and polished written feedback help models learn business-ready marketing communication.

• Employment type: Contractor, part-time.
• Workload: Approximately 20+ hours per week (remote, deliverable-driven).
• Labeling work includes document text generation and evaluation/rating tasks.

What you'll do

Daily tasks center on bilingual document quality: generating or editing copy, comparing model outputs to guidelines, and explaining judgments so training data improves model behavior.

• Create, review, and improve bilingual marketing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in Chinese and English.
• Compare source materials and model outputs against project guidelines and quality standards.
• Assess content for accuracy, audience fit, engagement, and business presentation quality.
• Write clear, structured feedback that can be used to refine model outputs.
• Maintain consistency and quality across repeated review tasks.

Requirements

We need practical experience and strong bilingual communication. The most important qualification is real-world marketing knowledge and the ability to explain editorial judgments clearly.

• Native-level Chinese (Mandarin) writing and speaking ability; fluent in English.
• Relevant professional, academic, or language expertise in marketing document review.
• Experience creating or managing marketing documents, presentations, or spreadsheets.
• Strong written communication and careful attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort working independently on remote contractor tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with bilingual or cross-cultural marketing materials is preferred.

Schedule, pay, and logistics

This is remote, contract work with deliverables and timelines set by project requirements. You should be able to commit to roughly 20+ hours per week and deliver consistent, high-quality work on schedule.

• Pay: $10–$55 per hour (PAY_PER_HOUR, USD).
• Work type: Part-time contractor, remote.
• Languages required: Chinese (zh) and English (en).
• Labeling data type: Documents; primary label tasks: TEXT_GENERATION and EVALUATION_RATING.
