Quality Assurance Lead (Marathi)

You will review Marathi AI training content and trainer or QA submissions against project guidelines and rubrics. Your reviews will cover language quality, meaning, cultural fit, instruction-following, formatting, and overall adherence to the rubric.

You will also help keep quality work consistent across remote Marathi-language training projects by sharing feedback, maintaining documentation, supporting contributor onboarding, and identifying recurring issues.

• Review Marathi AI training content and trainer or QA submissions against detailed guidelines and rubrics.
• Give written feedback on accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, formatting, and meaning preservation.
• Identify mistranslations, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, unsupported claims, ambiguity, and inconsistent terminology.
• Communicate quality expectations and project updates to trainers and QAs.
• Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, quality notes, examples, and onboarding materials.
• Support onboarding and training calls for contributors.
• Suggest workflow improvements for Marathi-language quality assurance.

What it pays and takes

This is an intermediate, part-time contract role for someone who can combine strong Marathi language judgment with careful rubric-based review and clear English communication.

• Pay: $25 per hour.
• Time: 20+ hours per week.
• Work setting: Remote Marathi-language training projects.
• Location: Open to candidates in India, Mauritius, or Pakistan.
• Languages: Fluent Marathi with strong reading and writing skills, plus strong English communication for feedback and team coordination.
• Required background: Experience in Marathi writing, editing, translation, localization, content quality assurance, AI training, education, annotation, or a related language-review workflow.
• Language knowledge: Strong understanding of Marathi grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, regional variation, and cultural context.
• Tools: Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Discord, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Helpful experience: Leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, reviewers, editors, annotators, or QAs.
• Helpful experience: AI training, large language models, prompt or response evaluation, or rubric-based language-model quality assurance.
