The Role

OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Management Consulting AI Training Expert to support an AI training project. You will apply expertise in business strategy, structured problem-solving, executive communications, and quantitative analysis to create clear, realistic inputs and evaluations for next-generation AI systems.

What You’ll Do

You will transform complex, unstructured business information into concise, decision-ready work products. Your deliverables will support AI training by demonstrating how experienced business advisors structure problems, test hypotheses, and communicate recommendations.

• Analyze ambiguous business problems and structure them into actionable frameworks.
• Aggregate and synthesize scattered information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Create polished, executive-ready PowerPoint decks with key findings and one to two actionable recommendations.
• Conduct basic quantitative analysis in Excel to support recommendations and validate hypotheses.
• Communicate insights effectively in written and verbal formats within a remote project environment.
• Collaborate with project leads to refine deliverables and align with project objectives and expectations.

Requirements

This opportunity is marked entry level in the listing, but the role requires demonstrated consulting or strategy experience and advanced presentation skills. No previous AI training experience is required.

• Proven track record as a management consultant, strategy analyst, or similar business advisory contributor.
• Ability to turn unstructured information into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency building polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong analytical skills, including comfort with basic data analysis in Excel.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, especially in virtual settings.
• Experience working independently on remote projects with minimal guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to concise, high-impact deliverables.
• Big Four experience is preferred but not required.
