What You'll Do
You will create clear evaluation standards and apply them consistently to complex consulting work. Your written reasoning will help make assessments reproducible, defensible, and useful for improving AI systems.
Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for market analyses, strategy recommendations, financial models, client-ready presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
Evaluate AI-generated or human-created work against established criteria.
Provide detailed written justifications for evaluations and scores.
Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so assessments are reproducible and defensible.
Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers.
Iterate on submitted work based on reviewer feedback.
Required Qualifications
This opportunity is intended for professionals who can assess sophisticated consulting deliverables with strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and written clarity.
At least 1 year of professional management consulting experience.
Experience at a leading strategy or management consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or an equivalent firm.
Strong command of structured problem-solving, market sizing, financial modeling, business-case development, and executive-level presentation development.
Exceptional written communication skills.
A detail-oriented and consistent approach to evaluating complex work.
Comfort receiving feedback and calibrating judgment against established standards.
Helpful Background
Experience evaluating consulting deliverables or assessing AI models is beneficial. Prior AI evaluation experience is helpful but is not listed as a required qualification.
