M&A Attorney, BigLaw

You will help train AI systems to handle M&A and corporate law work. The role combines legal document review, legal research, expert analysis, and clear written feedback on model responses.

You will work with M&A scenarios, transaction documents, private equity materials, corporate advisory matters, and related litigation. Your feedback will help improve legal accuracy, reasoning, and real-world relevance.

• Write or improve expert responses and explain your reasoning clearly.
• Review source materials and AI model outputs against project guidelines.
• Analyze and annotate M&A and corporate law scenarios.
• Research M&A, private equity transactions, and related litigation.
• Review transaction documents and refine legal training datasets.
• Contribute written insights on legal reasoning, deal structures, and deal documentation.
• Support evaluation rubrics and quality assurance practices.
• Apply detailed guidelines consistently across repeated review tasks.

What it pays and takes

This is remote contractor work with scheduling arranged for the project. Prior AI training experience is not required, but strong real-world M&A legal knowledge is central to the role.

• Pay: $140 to $400 per hour.
• Work type: Remote, part-time contractor work.
• Education: Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school.
• Licensing: Active US bar admission.
• Language: Fluency in English.
• Required expertise: M&A legal document review and substantial knowledge of M&A transactions, private equity, corporate advisory work, and corporate or transactional litigation.
• Preferred experience: Practice as an M&A attorney at an Am Law 100 or other leading US law firm.
• Skills: Legal research, legal drafting, transaction-document review, clear explanation of complex legal concepts, careful quality control, and consistent use of evaluation rubrics.
• Work style: Comfortable using remote collaboration tools and collaborating across disciplines.
