The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking an LLM Analytical Reasoning Trainer who is fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesian. You will answer analytical questions, create training scenarios, assess model performance, and provide detailed reasoning and corrections.

This is a remote contractor position listed at 20+ hours per week, with the role description requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week and some daily overlap with the UTC-8 time zone.

• Work with large language model training and evaluation tasks
• Use English and Bahasa Indonesian in analytical and written work
• Support model improvement through evaluation, text generation, and detailed feedback
• Work remotely with some required UTC-8 overlap

What You'll Do

You will turn complex information into clear logical structures, investigate claims, and demonstrate the reasoning path that produces a correct answer. Strong annotations should be specific, constructive, and useful for model learning.

• Analyze and summarize large content into smaller logical blocks to evaluate model performance
• Conduct online research to validate claims and facts in training content
• Solve analytical puzzles and multistep reasoning questions across business, logic, and data topics
• Write detailed explanations and annotations showing the correct reasoning path
• Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations on model outputs
• Commit to 40 hours per week
• Maintain 2 to 5 hours of daily overlap with the UTC-8 time zone

Required Skills

• Fluent English and fluent Bahasa Indonesian are mandatory
