The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Litigation and Transactional AI Review Attorney to analyze legal matters and provide structured, carefully reasoned feedback for AI training. The work spans litigation, M&A, private equity, capital markets, contracts, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with legal and technical professionals in remote discussions and reviews. Prior AI experience is not required, but the role requires substantial legal expertise and the ability to apply it precisely to new scenarios.

What You'll Do

• Research and analyze litigation matters involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
• Draft, review, and assess contracts and other legal documents for key issues, clarity, and accuracy.
• Evaluate data privacy and regulatory-compliance matters, including risks and relevant best practices.
• Provide subject matter feedback on hypothetical and real-world legal scenarios used in AI training.
• Deliver clear, well-reasoned, and thoroughly documented analysis during remote discussions and reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with legal and technical professionals across litigation and transactional contexts.
• Provide precise, rubric-based legal analysis and explain your reasoning clearly.

Required Qualifications
