The Work

You will help improve AI systems by applying professional psychological judgment to case studies, documentation, assessments, scenarios, and AI-generated content in Lithuanian and English.

  • Analyze psychological case studies and documentation and provide feedback based on professional experience.
  • Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Lithuanian and English for data enrichment and model training.
  • Evaluate AI-generated content for psychological best practices, ethical issues, and factual accuracy.
  • Interpret and refine psychological assessments in both languages while preserving meaning and cultural context.
  • Document evaluation methods and findings clearly to support transparency and reproducibility.
  • Work with contributors from different fields to address varied user needs and improve model outputs.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a part-time remote contractor role focused on psychological assessment AI review. Prior AI experience is not required.

  • Pay: $100-$200 per hour.
  • Time: 20 or more hours per week.
  • Location: Remote, with eligibility in the countries listed for this posting.
  • Languages: Native or near-native Lithuanian and English, including complex psychological terminology.
  • Education: PhD in Psychology.
  • Experience: Background in both clinical and academic psychology settings.
  • Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and ethical decision-making skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability across languages and multicultural settings.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and structured documentation.
