About AI Training and Legal Evaluation
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Legal professionals help models improve by creating realistic expert tasks, assessing generated responses, and identifying where an answer lacks accuracy, clarity, usefulness, or sound professional judgment.
This work gives experienced practitioners a direct role in shaping how advanced AI handles complex legal questions, contracts, regulations, and practical recommendations.
Create expert examples that help evaluate AI systems
Apply professional judgment to model-generated legal responses
Identify risks, ambiguities, and gaps in evaluation criteria
Contribute to the development of more useful and reliable AI

The role is suited to an experienced legal professional with strong commercial contract, legal research, and regulatory analysis expertise. Although the structured listing identifies the opportunity as entry level, the role description calls for approximately 5 to 15 years of legal practice experience.
