  • 4+ years of practice experience focused on contracts, compliance, transactions, or other document-heavy legal work
  • Expertise in contract drafting, review, and risk assessment
  • Exceptional written communication and ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyer audiences
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow detailed project instructions and apply rubrics consistently
  • Commitment to confidentiality and managing conflicts of interest
