About AI Training and Speech Data
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. People prepare and review examples such as transcripts, recordings, and model responses so that AI systems can better understand real-world language.
Audio transcription work is especially important because natural speech includes interruptions, hesitation, accents, overlapping speakers, and imperfect recording conditions that automated systems must learn to handle.
The Role
OpenTrain is recruiting an Italian Audio Transcriptionist to create accurate training data for AI speech and language systems. You will transcribe Italian conversations, interviews, meetings, and other real-world speech while capturing the details that make natural audio challenging.
This is a remote, part-time independent contractor role for candidates who can work 20 or more hours per week. The position is open worldwide and is listed as entry level, with strong listening and Italian language skills required.
