The work

You will help improve AI systems that handle valuation, financial modeling, markets, and investment decisions. Your work will use practical experience from investment banking, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or growth equity.

You will assess model responses, create realistic prompts and reference answers, and explain where the financial reasoning needs to improve.

• Review AI-generated analysis of valuation, financial models, capital markets, and investment decisions.
• Write expert-level prompts and reference answers based on real deal experience and sound financial judgment.
• Find factual errors, weak reasoning, unsupported conclusions, and unrealistic assumptions.
• Give clear feedback that helps improve model behavior across realistic investment scenarios.

What it pays and takes

This is a part-time contractor role for people with recent experience in investment finance. Strong written English and the ability to explain complex financial reasoning clearly are central to the work.

• Pay: $245-$280 per hour, paid hourly in USD.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Work arrangement: Part-time contract work.
• Location: remote, open to applicants in the United Kingdom and the United States.
• Experience: At least one year at a well-known financial firm or legitimate startup in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or growth equity.
• Recency: Some relevant experience must have been completed within the past seven years.
• Communication: Strong written English and precise financial explanations are required.
• Preferred: An undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
• Helpful background: Financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, due diligence, capital markets, financial analysis, or Excel.
