You will review still images from drones and maritime sensors in a secure Navy environment. Your work will help AI systems recognize objects in real-world imagery.
The project may expand to video-frame annotation as its scope develops. You will follow detailed labeling rules, maintain consistent quality, and document unclear cases.
- Review and refine machine-generated bounding boxes, which mark the location of objects in an image.
- Identify objects that automated systems miss and add accurate annotations.
- Apply labeling guidelines consistently across completed images.
- Maintain dependable throughput during repetitive, quality-controlled work.
- Record ambiguous cases and clearly communicate questions about labeling decisions.
- Support video-frame annotation if the project expands.
What it pays and takes
This is a remote, part-time contractor opportunity. The work requires consistent, accuracy-focused completion of image annotation tasks in a secure Navy environment.
