OpenTrain is the #1 platform for people building careers in AI training and data labeling. We help contributors discover projects, build a unified AI-training portfolio, and grow into durable freelance careers in a fast-growing industry.
OpenTrain is the hiring organization for this role. As part of our community you’ll work on real AI-training workflows, shape how models learn from human examples, and help raise quality standards across Hungarian-language tasks.
About AI training work
AI training (data labeling, annotation, and human-feedback work) is the human side of how modern AI systems learn. Contributors annotate text, rate outputs, review model behavior, and create examples that teach models to be more accurate, safe, and culturally appropriate.
This work is often 100% remote, highly flexible, and accessible — many projects need language skills, attention to detail, and judgment rather than prior tech experience. Specialist roles that require language or domain expertise pay more and have leadership opportunities like this QA lead role.
The role
We are hiring a Hungarian Quality Assurance Lead to review Hungarian AI training content and trainer QA work. You will evaluate text outputs against detailed rubrics, provide precise written feedback, maintain style resources, and support trainers and QAs to improve consistency and quality.
This is a contract, part-time role requiring 20+ hours per week. Compensation is USD $30/hour. The role is open to candidates located in Hungary and requires native or near-native Hungarian reading and writing plus strong English for team communication.

Deep knowledge of Hungarian grammar, spelling, punctuation, register, and cultural context

Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, reviewers, annotators, or QAs
Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and communication platforms (e.g., Discord) for coordination and documentation
How this role works & next steps
