The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Hungarian AI Training Quality Assurance Lead to review Hungarian AI training content and trainer QA work against detailed project rubrics. You will assess language quality and consistency, provide precise written feedback, and help trainers and QAs stay aligned with project expectations.

This is an intermediate-level, part-time contractor role for candidates in Hungary. The expected workload is 20 or more hours per week, with pay of $30 per hour.

What You'll Do

You will help maintain a high standard for Hungarian-language AI training work. Your reviews should be accurate, consistent, and specific enough to help contributors correct issues and apply project guidance reliably.

The role combines content evaluation, contributor communication, quality monitoring, documentation, and process support.

• Review AI-generated Hungarian content and trainer QA work
• Evaluate accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, and cultural appropriateness
• Check meaning preservation, instruction-following, and formatting
• Assess work against project-specific guidelines and rubrics
• Provide clear written feedback and escalate recurring or critical issues
• Communicate project updates and expectations to trainers and QAs
• Support onboarding, training calls, and contributor activation when workflow issues arise
• Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials
• Support quality monitoring and process improvements

Required Qualifications

This role requires strong Hungarian language expertise and the ability to communicate clearly in English while coordinating with trainers and QAs. You should be comfortable reviewing detailed work, identifying subtle language issues, and documenting feedback in a remote team environment.

• Native or near-native Hungarian reading and writing ability
• Strong English communication skills for coordination and feedback
• Background in Hungarian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related language-review workflows
• Strong knowledge of Hungarian grammar, spelling, punctuation, register, and cultural context
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfort working in remote team environments
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, LLM evaluation, or rubric-based QA is a plus
