The role
We are hiring an HR Documents AI Training Specialist (French) to create, review, and optimize French‑language HR documents, templates, and policies used to train and evaluate AI. You will ensure accuracy, clarity, and suitability for large, complex organizations.
Engagement: Contractor, part‑time
Time: 20+ hours per week
Pay: $45 USD per hour (PAY_PER_HOUR)
Location: Applicants must be located in the United States

What you'll do
Your primary responsibility is to produce and improve HR content in French so AI systems learn to generate correct, professional HR materials. Tasks combine content creation, quality review, and structured evaluation of AI outputs.
Create, review, and optimize French HR documents, policies, and templates for AI training and evaluation.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Evaluate and rate AI‑generated HR text, providing detailed feedback and examples for model improvement.
Work with the project team to identify gaps in documentation and suggest practical HR best practices.
Ensure outputs meet standards appropriate for global, Fortune‑500–scale organizations.
Required qualifications
This role requires HR domain experience, strong language skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Provide clear, accurate HR materials and thoughtful feedback on AI outputs.
Native‑level proficiency in French, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of hands‑on experience producing and managing HR documentation in large, complex organizations.
Proven ability to author and format HR documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience supporting or working within Fortune 500–scale companies.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Helpful background (not required)
These additional experiences make you especially effective in this role but are not strict requirements.
Located in the United States or strong knowledge of U.S. HR practices.
Experience training, mentoring, or coaching others on HR documentation practices.
Familiarity with AI, data annotation workflows, or technology‑driven HR solutions.
