The Home Video Data Collector Role
OpenTrain is seeking an entry-level Home Video Data Collector to record first-person videos of routine household activities using a smartphone. You will capture real-world activity data from your own home while wearing a headstrap that holds the phone for hands-free recording.
This is a remote, part-time contractor position for people who are comfortable performing household tasks safely and following video collection instructions.

What You'll Do
You will record household activities as instructed and help ensure the resulting footage is usable for AI training. Tasks take place in your own home and may involve routine chores or other specified physical activities.
Record first-person videos of daily household tasks with a smartphone and headstrap.
Perform instructed activities such as cleaning, cooking, or organizing.
Use the phone hands-free while completing the assigned household tasks.
Sync recorded videos and ensure they meet the project's quality guidelines.
Requirements
This role is open to entry-level applicants. You must have an approved smartphone, be comfortable using a headstrap for hands-free recording, and be physically able to perform repetitive household tasks safely.
Own an iPhone 12 or newer, Google Pixel 6-9, or Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer.
Be comfortable wearing a headstrap to hold the phone during recording.
Be physically able to perform repetitive household tasks safely.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Reside in one of the eligible states listed below.
