About AI Training and Data Collection

The Role

As an At-Home First-Person Video Recorder, you will film everyday household chores and specified physical activities from a first-person point of view. You will wear a head strap or another compatible phone mount so your hands remain available while you perform the assigned movements.

This is an entry-level, part-time contractor opportunity requiring 20 or more hours per week. Work begins once the required wearable equipment is available, and the start date may be affected by shipping to your home.

What You'll Do

You will record synchronized video using a compatible smartphone and follow the applicable project instructions throughout each activity. Consistent framing, synchronization, and adherence to recording guidelines are essential for producing usable footage.

• Record household chores and specified physical tasks from a first-person perspective
• Capture synchronized video with a wide camera
• Use a head strap or wearable phone mount while keeping both hands free
• Perform repetitive movement tasks safely
• Follow project guidelines and recording instructions carefully
• Submit footage that meets the applicable project standards

Requirements

You must have access to one of the supported smartphones and be able to perform the assigned repetitive household movements safely. Careful attention to consistency, synchronization, and detailed task instructions is required.

• iPhone 12 or later
• Google Pixel 6 through 9
• Samsung Galaxy S21 or later
• Ability to capture synchronized first-person video with a wide camera
• Comfort wearing a head strap or other wearable phone mount
• Ability to keep both hands available during recording
• Physical ability to perform repetitive household movements safely
• Careful adherence to recording guidelines
• Residence in an eligible Latin American or Caribbean country

Compensation and Equipment

The role pays $6 USD per hour for approved recorded video submitted in line with project guidelines. A $20 USD signing bonus and reimbursement for the headstrap purchase are available after you complete 20 hours of work.
