The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Hindi Multimodal Image Evaluation Annotator for Hindi image research and evaluation work. You will review source materials and model outputs, apply project rubrics, identify image subjects, and provide concise, evidence-based feedback.
Prior AI training experience is not required for this entry-level role. Strong Hindi fluency, English working ability, local cultural knowledge, investigative research skills, and careful attention to detail are central to the work.

What You’ll Do
You will perform repeated review and research tasks while maintaining consistent quality. Your written explanations should make judgments understandable and useful for improving model behavior.
- Evaluate model outputs using project guidelines and rubrics
- Review source materials and model outputs for accuracy and relevance
- Research and identify image subjects using strong local cultural knowledge
- Use reliable public or licensed sources when documenting image licensing and provenance
- Explain judgments clearly with objective, evidence-based feedback
- Write concise, time-bound prompts and grading criteria
- Perform basic image editing such as cropping, masking, or degrading images while preserving realistic visual clues
- Maintain consistency and quality across repeated evaluation tasks
Requirements
Applicants should be native or highly fluent in Hindi and have strong working English for prompts, rubrics, and solution notes. Relevant professional, academic, or language expertise in Hindi image research and evaluation is required.
You should be comfortable working independently on remote contractor tasks and following detailed instructions. Experience with image licensing, copyright, and provenance documentation is required, along with basic image editing ability.
