The Role

We are recruiting a Hindi Language Expert to support translation, localization, and evaluation tasks that teach AI systems to use Hindi correctly and naturally. You will apply rubrics to review model outputs, provide clear written explanations for judgments, and help maintain consistent quality across tasks.

• Work type: remote contractor (part-time or full-time opportunities noted in the schedule).

• Primary languages: Hindi (hi) and English (en).

What You'll Do

Daily tasks focus on comparing source and model outputs, applying project guidelines, and documenting evidence-based ratings and corrections in clear written form.

• Evaluate model outputs and apply project rubrics consistently.
• Translate and localize English content into natural, accurate Hindi when required.
• Proofread and edit Hindi text for grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
• Explain judgments clearly so reviewers and model developers can act on feedback.
• Maintain consistency and high quality across repeated review tasks.

Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate strong real-world knowledge of Hindi language services and the ability to follow detailed project instructions.

• Native-level fluency in spoken and written Hindi.
• Fluency in English for reading guidelines and writing feedback.
• Experience translating and localizing English→Hindi content.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and quality-assurance judgment.
• Familiarity with linguistics, terminology, and style guides.
• Comfort using translation tools, digital content platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently as a remote contractor and apply rubrics consistently.

Schedule & Pay
