The Role

What You'll Do
You will produce dependable Hindi transcripts while applying established style and formatting guidelines. Accuracy, consistency, and patience are essential when working through large volumes of audio.
Transcribe spoken Hindi using required style and formatting guidelines
Capture speech accurately in noisy, fast-paced, or difficult recordings
Represent crosstalk, overlapping speech, filled pauses, and variable audio quality
Identify and label multiple speakers consistently throughout each recording
Apply precise punctuation, notation, and formatting conventions
Flag unclear or ambiguous audio segments for review
Maintain reliable accuracy across large volumes of audio content
Requirements
Native or near-native Hindi fluency is required, including familiarity with Hindi dialects and colloquial expressions. You should be comfortable typing accurately in Devanagari and listening carefully to speech that may be fast, noisy, or overlapping.
The work also requires a quiet workspace, dependable internet connection, strong English proficiency for understanding instructions, and the ability to follow detailed style guides while working independently.
