Why AI training matters
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human side of building intelligent systems. Contributors annotate text, rate model outputs, and craft examples that teach large language models to reason, summarize, and answer questions—work that’s remote, flexible, and accessible without a formal tech background.
The role — Hebrew Language AI Analyst
OpenTrain AI is hiring Hebrew Language AI Analysts to improve LLM reasoning through content analysis, research, summarization, and logic-based problem solving. This contractor, part-time role expects 20+ hours per week and is open to entry-level contributors who are fluent in Hebrew and competent in English.
You will work with text-based tasks (RLHF, evaluation/rating, text summarization, and question answering) to create answer-and-explanation examples, validate claims through online research, and provide detailed annotations and feedback that teach models stronger reasoning.
What you'll do day to day
Read long passages and break them into smaller, logical blocks for model training.
Summarize content clearly in Hebrew and/or English, preserving meaning and nuance.
Research claims online and validate them against reliable evidence.
Answer analytical questions and write correct explanations that models can learn from.
Build analytical scenarios and puzzle-style prompts to train model reasoning.
Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations on model outputs.
Who we’re looking for — key requirements
Fluent Hebrew (reading and writing) and strong English comprehension.
Excellent analytical thinking, research skills, and attention to detail.
Clear written communication and ability to collaborate remotely.
Comfort with logic, data interpretation, and basic arithmetic.
Experience producing detailed annotations and constructive feedback.
Ability to work independently as a remote contractor, ~20+ hours/week.
Helpful backgrounds and tools
You don’t need prior AI experience to apply—this role suits analysts, journalists, editors, translators, technical writers, or anyone with strong research and writing skills. Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite is helpful and will make some tasks faster.
Tools: Google Docs/Sheets and basic spreadsheet skills speed up annotation and QA tasks.
