The Role
OpenTrain is recruiting a Hebrew Language AI Evaluation Expert to review AI-generated Hebrew and English responses, create bilingual training content, and assess reasoning, factual accuracy, clarity, and prompt adherence.
This is a remote contractor, part-time role for candidates located in Israel. Expect to work 20+ hours per week at a fixed hourly rate.

What You'll Do
You will evaluate, edit, and create bilingual (Hebrew/English) training materials to improve model performance. Tasks focus on correctness, clarity, cultural nuance, and adherence to prompt instructions.
Review Hebrew and English AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and prompt adherence.
Create high-quality bilingual training prompts and example responses.
Fact-check claims and identify conceptual or methodological errors.
Write model solutions and explanations demonstrating correct methods.
Compare multiple AI responses and rate them by correctness and reasoning quality.
Evaluate cultural nuance, terminology consistency, and style-guide adherence in Hebrew content.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the stated language, education, and experience requirements; OpenTrain will collect necessary verification during recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Hebrew Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Native or near-native Hebrew writing and editing across formal and informal registers.
Minimum C1 English proficiency for bilingual evaluation and instruction adherence.
3+ years professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review.
Ability to identify reasoning gaps, methodological errors, and unclear explanations.
Familiarity with Israeli cultural context and terminology norms across common domains.
Prior experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluation workflows is strongly preferred.
