Government Professionals AI Evaluator

You will help an AI research program understand real government and social services work. The role combines writing professional prompts with reviewing large language model responses for accuracy and practical understanding.

• Write prompts based on government, social services, administration, recreation, rehabilitation, eligibility, or community services work.
• Evaluate AI responses about real-world professional tasks and workplace language.
• Use your professional judgment across relevant government and community service settings.
• Work independently on primarily asynchronous projects as opportunities become available.

What it pays and takes

This is remote, part-time contract project work performed from within the United States. Hours are flexible, and project placement depends on availability.

• Pay: up to $120 per hour.
• Time: 20+ hours per week.
• Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Experience: At least four years in a relevant government, social services, administrative, recreation, rehabilitation, eligibility, or community services role.
• Skills: Practical familiarity with the language, workflows, and judgment used in your professional area.
• Skills: Ability to write clear, industry-specific prompts and assess whether AI responses reflect real professional tasks.
• Skills: Ability to work primarily asynchronously with AI research teams.
• Relevant backgrounds may include social work, recreation work, administrative services management, rehabilitation counseling, government program eligibility interviewing, or social and community service management. Comparable experience may also be relevant.
