What You'll Do

Provide progression curves and XP or reward balance guidance.
Review quest and task-board mechanics.
Validate leveling formulas and reward economies.
Evaluate game-state logic and interactive board elements.
Assess visual and domain fit during content iteration.
Determine whether mechanics are balanced and engaging.
Review chatbot evaluation responses and provide clear feedback.
Required Experience And Skills
You should have at least three years of experience designing game systems in studio, indie, or serious-games settings. Relevant experience includes RPG progression, reward loops, and gamification. You must be able to express game mechanics through deterministic spreadsheet logic and follow detailed project guidelines.
Game-systems design experience covering RPG progression, reward loops, or gamification.
