The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking an intermediate Creative and Design Specialist for a remote contractor engagement. The work focuses on structured evaluation tasks involving creative applications, design workflows, video labeling, evaluation rating, and RLHF.
The expected project duration is 3 to 6 months. Compensation is $30 to $100 per hour, with an indicated rate of $65 per hour.

What You'll Do
You will complete structured tasks that draw on professional creative and multimedia workflows. Your evaluations, annotations, ratings, and improvement suggestions will help train and assess next-generation AI systems and design tools.
Work with creative applications such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism.
Apply professional judgment when reviewing creative workflows and tool usage.
Complete video labeling workflows and evaluation rating tasks.
Perform RLHF and related human-feedback activities.
Provide detailed annotations, constructive feedback, and quality ratings according to project criteria.
Document observations and suggestions for improving creative processes and tool usage.
Submit deliverables within agreed timelines and maintain project quality benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
This opportunity is intended for creative professionals who can connect practical design and multimedia experience with structured AI evaluation. Your domain expertise is central to the work, and no formal degree is necessary.
At least 2 years of professional experience using creative or design tools.
Experience in one or more relevant areas, including graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX design, fashion design, presentation design, or audio and sound work.
Proficiency with the applications relevant to your expertise; comparable creative tools are also welcome.
Previous verified, paid human data experience for AI training is required.
Examples of qualifying AI data experience include data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
Experience solely generating images, video, or copy with AI tools does not fulfill the human data experience requirement.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or above.
Fluent English proficiency.
A dependable internet connection and readiness to begin participating promptly.
