The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Corporate Deliverable AI Evaluation Designer to review and improve AI-generated knowledge-work materials. You will compare versions of decks, documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs, assess their visual and business quality, and rework the strongest version until it reaches a polished reference standard.
This role combines design judgment, structured evaluation, and clear written reasoning. You will assess materials similar to those used by consulting firms, investment banks, and in-house corporate teams.

What You’ll Do
You will evaluate alternative AI-generated versions of the same corporate deliverable, identify the strongest candidate, and improve it into a high-quality reference example. Your written evaluations should connect specific observations to the quality of the business material.
Apply careful design judgment to both the substance of each document and the way its information is presented.
Compare alternative AI-generated decks, documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs
Rate layout, spacing, typography, colour, domain realism, and overall polish
Rework the strongest candidate into a polished reference deliverable
Explain decisions using evidence about alignment, spacing, balance, grouping, density, and margins
Identify alignment gaps, unequal card heights, dead space, and weak margin discipline
Requirements
You should have strong visual judgment across business presentations and other professional deliverables. The work requires close attention to subtle inconsistencies as well as the ability to explain why a document is effective, credible, and polished.
Professional experience in corporate design, marketing communications, or another knowledge-work discipline is helpful. Relevant backgrounds may include management consulting, investment banking, an in-house design team, agency work, or marketing communications.
