You will contribute to AI training work focused on software development and code evaluation. The work covers front-end and back-end systems, technical problem-solving, debugging, system architecture, and software quality review.
You will create and solve engineering tasks, validate implementations, translate complete coding builds between languages, and assess AI-generated solutions for correctness, completeness, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Develop, modify, and debug front-end and back-end application components.
- Build user-facing features plus the APIs, services, and data models behind them.
- Trace requests and data across browsers, applications, APIs, services, databases, and external integrations.
- Understand unfamiliar repositories and contribute to complete application architecture.
- Diagnose issues involving application state, API contracts, authentication, persistence, networking, and deployment.
- Evaluate and improve code written in multiple programming languages.
- Create, solve, review, and validate software engineering tasks for AI training.

Experience across both front-end and back-end engineering is required.
- Pay: $50-$100 per hour, paid hourly in USD.
- Time: Less than 20 hours per week.

- Required: Production experience with multiple programming languages and strong knowledge of browser applications, APIs, application state, databases, and service integration.
