The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a French Voice Recording Artist to create expressive spoken audio for AI training assignments. You will record voice-overs from provided scripts and bring varied characters and stories to life across different domains.

The role calls for clear French speech, emotional depth, vocal versatility, and the ability to deliver distinct personalities and tones while following project instructions. Assignments may be completed from a professional home studio or through in-studio sessions.

What You’ll Do

You will independently prepare and deliver polished recordings that meet each assignment’s creative, technical, and scheduling expectations. You should be comfortable interpreting scripts, responding to direction, revising performances, and submitting final audio files in the required formats.

• Record French voice-overs from provided scripts
• Perform lines with clear speech, emotional depth, suitable pacing, and vocal versatility
• Interpret scripts and respond effectively to creative direction

Requirements

Previous professional voice acting experience is required. You should demonstrate strong vocal control, versatility, emotional range, and clear French speech, along with the ability to follow direction, manage revisions, and meet deadlines.

For remote sessions, you must have access to high-quality recording equipment. Experience with dubbing, automated dialogue replacement, localization, or audio editing is valuable but is presented as helpful background rather than a required qualification.
