The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a French voice actor to create high-quality spoken audio for AI training projects. You will bring characters and stories to life across varied domains through clear speech, emotional range, vocal versatility, and precise pacing.

The role is a flexible freelance contractor agreement rather than full-time or part-time employment. Remote work is available, with in-studio sessions possible where applicable, and the expected time commitment is 20 or more hours per week.

What You'll Do

You will deliver polished French voice performances while responding thoughtfully to creative direction and revision requests. Consistency, timing, and dependable file delivery are important throughout the recording process.

• Record French voice-over performances from a professional home studio or during in-studio sessions.
• Perform scripted lines with clarity, emotion, personality, and appropriate pacing.
• Interpret scripts and apply creative direction to each performance.
• Revise recordings based on feedback while maintaining consistent delivery.
• Deliver high-quality audio files on time and in the required format.

Requirements and Helpful Experience

Previous voice acting experience is required, even though the project is classified as entry level. You should have demonstrated performance range and be comfortable combining artistic interpretation with dependable audio production.

Access to high-quality recording equipment is required for remote work. Experience in related performance or production areas can strengthen your application.
