Why AI training work matters
AI training (data labeling and human feedback) is the human side of building modern AI. Contributors create the examples and recordings AI models learn from—everything from voice samples to annotated transcripts.
This kind of work is often fully remote, flexible, and accessible: contributors can shape cutting-edge speech and synthesis systems while choosing hours that fit a freelance schedule or other commitments.
