The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking an FP&A AI Training Expert to design evaluation tasks for AI systems working in financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis. You will create FP&A scenarios, reference outputs, and scoring rubrics for both US GAAP reporting in the US track and IFRS reporting in the International track.

What You'll Do

Construct scenarios covering budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business partnering, and capital allocation.
Build evaluation tasks across financial planning, reporting, and financial modeling.
Develop scenarios using Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Planful, Tableau, Power BI, and ERP systems.
Apply driver-based forecasting, variance analysis, and sensitivity modeling to produce reference outputs.
Author rubrics that distinguish authentic FP&A judgment from generic work.
Design evaluation tasks and rubrics for AI systems.
Required Qualifications
This role requires substantial professional FP&A leadership experience and direct responsibility for important financial planning or corporate finance decisions. The structured listing identifies the opportunity as entry level, but the role requirements call for senior-level expertise.
5+ years of experience as an FP&A leader, Director of FP&A, or CFO at a major company.
Direct ownership of budgeting cycles, forecasting models, or capital allocation decisions.
