The Role
As a Financial Modeling Excel Expert, you will support AI training focused on financial modeling. You will use advanced spreadsheet knowledge and real-world finance experience to create or improve expert responses, assess model outputs, and explain your reasoning clearly.
Prior AI training or model evaluation experience is a strong plus, but the core qualification is advanced professional-level Excel expertise and substantive experience in finance.

Required Qualifications
This project requires advanced Excel capability and hands-on finance experience. Candidates should be able to work independently on remote contractor tasks, follow detailed instructions, and communicate technical judgments with precision.
- Advanced professional-level Excel expertise
- Experience with XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, PivotTables, financial modeling, Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros/VBA
- Hands-on finance experience in private equity, investment banking, hedge funds, or equity research; accounting or FP&A experience is also considered
- Demonstrated career progression in your field
- Strong written communication and careful attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed project instructions and apply rubrics consistently
- Prior AI training or model evaluation experience is a strong plus
- Fluency in English

Schedule and Compensation
The schedule is 40 hours per week on weekdays through the end of September, followed by 20 hours per week thereafter. The project requires at least 20 hours per week overall.
