About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a Finance Task Reviewer to evaluate finance-related questions and answers for AI training data generation. In this role, you will assess the accuracy, relevance, clarity, and logical structure of pre-created finance tasks, ensuring they meet rigorous domain-specific standards. This project is a short-term opportunity with the potential for extension, and reviewers work remotely with a weekly commitment of up to 40 hours, including a 4-hour overlap with PST.

What you will do
- Evaluate existing finance task questions and answers for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and logical soundness.
- Determine whether each task is well-structured and aligned with domain-specific standards for training data generation.
- Provide quality assessments based on your deep understanding of finance concepts, financial statements, ratios, and models.
- Work a schedule of up to 40 hours per week with a 4-hour PST overlap.

Required skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance or a related domain.
- Strong knowledge of general finance concepts and practical business applications.
- Ability to interpret financial statements, calculations, ratios, and models.
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and written communication skills.
- Ability to assess accuracy, relevance, clarity, and quality of questions and answers.

Helpful background
- CA, CFA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in financial analysis, consulting, audit, investment banking, corporate finance, or research.
- Prior experience in training data generation or task review (preferred but not mandatory).
