The Work
You will help evaluate and improve AI-generated finance and accounting work. The role covers financial analysis, accounting, corporate finance, investment analysis, valuation, financial modeling, reporting, audit, risk, and related fields.
Your work will turn professional judgment into clear evaluation standards. You will assess calculations, assumptions, methods, reasoning, conclusions, supporting evidence, completeness, materiality, and risk considerations.
- Create challenging finance, accounting, valuation, investment, audit, and analytical problems that require professional judgment.
- Write scoring rubrics covering calculations, assumptions, methodology, completeness, materiality, reasoning, risk, and professional presentation.
- Review AI-generated analyses for numerical accuracy, financial logic, terminology, reconciliations, methodology, conclusions, and supporting evidence.
- Separate calculation errors, methodological errors, unsupported assumptions, and reasonable differences in professional judgment.
- Identify material errors in accounting treatment, valuation logic, financial interpretation, and risk analysis.
- Review peer rubrics for ambiguity, missing components, duplicated criteria, excessive subjectivity, and technical errors.
- Create analyses, solutions, critiques, explanations, preferences, and reference-answer pairs for AI training.

- Skills: Create realistic tasks requiring judgment, assess whether conclusions are supported, and write detailed rubrics.
- Preferred credentials: CPA, CFA, ACCA, ACA, CMA, FRM, or an equivalent certification where applicable.
- Helpful experience: Training, examination writing, audit review, investment committee review, financial quality assurance, research review, professional assessment, AI evaluation, model benchmarking, annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback, or rubric-based scoring.
