The work combines hands-on accounting judgment with careful task design, numerical validation, and review of AI-generated content. The position requires strong multi-step reconciliation experience and precise reasoning about financial records.

What You'll Do
You will design finance and accounting tasks that are realistic, challenging, and possible to grade consistently. Each task must include reliable calculations, clear expected outcomes, and enough financial context for an AI system to work through the scenario.
You will also test and refine tasks to ensure that their difficulty, source-document ambiguity, reasoning requirements, and scoring criteria are appropriately calibrated.
- Author prompts for multi-step accounting reconciliation scenarios
- Write rubrics defining exact numerical outcomes and required reasoning steps
- Assemble financial data, documents, and system states for realistic task environments
- Solve each task to verify calculations, balances, and rubric accuracy
- Adjust data complexity, document ambiguity, and reasoning requirements
