About AI Evaluation Work

AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Experienced professionals create realistic examples, review model responses, and develop evaluation standards that help AI systems perform more reliably in specialized business contexts.

In this project, your enterprise consulting judgment will help distinguish genuinely useful consulting work from generic framework recall. You will contribute directly to how advanced AI systems reason about transformation strategy, delivery, governance, and technology engagements.

  • Work at the intersection of enterprise consulting and cutting-edge AI
  • Use real-world professional expertise to improve model behavior
  • Flexible work that can fit alongside other professional commitments

The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a senior F500 enterprise consulting evaluator to design scenarios, draft reference outputs, and create rubrics for AI systems operating in Fortune 500 consulting and technology delivery contexts.

This role is intended for an experienced IT consulting, systems integration, managed services, or enterprise transformation professional with direct ownership of Fortune 500 engagements, delivery programs, or transformation initiatives.

  • Experience level: Expert
  • Data type: Text
  • Primary work type: Evaluation and rating
  • Time requirement: 20+ hours per week
  • Pay: $70–$80 per hour
  • Engagement: Part-time contractor

What You'll Do

You will create high-fidelity enterprise consulting evaluation materials grounded in how large organizations actually plan, govern, procure, and deliver technology programs.

  • Construct enterprise consulting scenarios involving $1M+ engagement values, multi-stakeholder steering committees, and complex SOW and procurement cycles at Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Build evaluation tasks across digital transformation strategy, systems integration, managed services delivery, IT advisory, and technology change management.
  • Develop delivery and engagement scenarios using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise PMO platforms.
  • Apply Agile and SAFe delivery practices, business case development, and RACI and governance models.
  • Produce reference engagement plans, account strategies, and executive-level deliverables.
  • Author rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise consulting judgment from generic framework recall.

Required Qualifications

This is a specialist role requiring substantial experience in enterprise consulting or technology delivery. Applicants should be able to draw on direct experience rather than general familiarity with consulting terminology.

  • 5+ years in IT consulting, systems integration, or managed services delivery at a Fortune 500 technology or consulting firm, or within a Fortune 500 enterprise IT or transformation organization.
  • Direct ownership of Fortune 500 client engagements, delivery programs, or transformation initiatives.
  • Fluency in enterprise consulting methodologies and delivery tooling.
  • Understanding of Fortune 500 budgets, procurement processes, and legal and SOW review.
  • Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery, business case development, and RACI or governance models.
  • Professional English fluency.

Helpful Background

The following experience can help you create more realistic scenarios and evaluation standards, though the core requirements are your direct Fortune 500 consulting and delivery expertise.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, or enterprise PMO platforms.
  • Prior authorship of evaluation rubrics, consulting-enablement curricula, or training content.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance frameworks.
