About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting a Consultant for executive presentation review and reconstruction to support AI training work focused on sales and go-to-market presentations. This remote contractor engagement uses executive-level business slides so AI systems can learn from structured human expertise, careful review, and clear written feedback. Prior AI training experience is not required. The most important qualification is strong real-world knowledge of the subject area. Compensation is $150‑$350 per hour.

What you will do
Review images of existing sales, revenue, or go-to-market presentations for executive audiences. Rebuild the slides in Microsoft PowerPoint with accurate layouts, clear messaging, strong visual hierarchy, and effective data visualization. Edit and enhance slide content while preserving or improving executive-ready communication. Write a detailed reasoning log explaining each change and each element left unchanged. Assess message hierarchy, action titles, exhibit choices, and audience relevance. Work on project-based sprint assignments, with individual tasks typically requiring 1-2 hours.

Required skills
At least three years of experience in sales, revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, business development, commercial strategy, or sales enablement. Demonstrated experience creating or refining presentations for leadership, board, or customer audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, data visualization, content editing, and visual storytelling. Strong written communication, attention to detail, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to explain and defend presentation design, content, and messaging decisions. Deep industry or consulting expertise is welcome. Experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric writing is a plus but not required.
