Equity Research AI Training Reviewer

You will review and improve datasets that represent real-world equity research analysis. The work requires careful judgment about earnings, financial models, valuation, sector trends, and the quality of written research.

• Review financial analysis datasets for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze earnings reports, revise estimates, and synthesize peer benchmarking insights.
• Evaluate company models across revenue, margins, cash flow, and valuation drivers.
• Write concise research summaries and event-driven updates based on sector expertise.
• Develop investment theses that connect qualitative business factors with quantitative results.
• Identify industry trends, sector metrics, and company catalysts relevant to fundamental analysis.
• Give feedback on data quality and improve research-related content.

What It Pays And Takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role. The work requires demonstrated equity research judgment and domain expertise; prior AI training experience is not required.

• Pay: $175 to $300 per hour.
• Location: Remote and open to candidates in the countries specified for this role.
• Language: Professional fluency in English.
• Experience: Extensive sell-side Research Associate experience with direct ownership of company models and written research, or publishing and lead Research Analyst experience.
• Experience covering multiple companies through several earnings cycles while maintaining comprehensive models.
• Ability to connect business drivers to financial outcomes and valuation.
• Deep specialist expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, or biotechnology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts clearly.
• Experience with detailed earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, event-driven updates, and investment theses.
• Experience defending research views and taking responsibility for research accuracy and quality is valuable.
