The Role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting an Enterprise Supply Chain AI Training Expert to build evaluation tasks for AI systems working through Fortune 500 supply chain scenarios. You will design complex problems, draft reference responses, and create rubrics that measure practical, real-world judgment.

What You'll Do
You will translate advanced enterprise supply chain knowledge into challenging evaluation materials. The work spans planning, sourcing, supplier networks, logistics, procurement, and executive decision-making.
Construct enterprise scenarios involving demand planning, multi-tier supplier networks, logistics, and procurement cycles at Fortune 500 accounts.
Develop tasks covering sourcing strategy, inventory optimization, distribution network design, supplier risk management, and S&OP.
Apply Lean/Six Sigma and network optimization modeling to create reference sourcing plans and executive briefings.
Author rubrics that distinguish authentic domain expertise from generic or textbook answers.
Required Qualifications
This role requires substantial experience in large-scale supply chain operations and direct exposure to Fortune 500 environments. Candidates should be comfortable evaluating complex sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supplier-management decisions.
5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or logistics experience at a Fortune 500 company.
Direct ownership of Fortune 500 supplier relationships, distribution networks, or procurement programs.
Proficiency with enterprise tools such as SAP, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and TMS/WMS platforms.
Strong understanding of large-scale sourcing, procurement, and vendor contract review.
Helpful Background
Experience turning specialized operational knowledge into clear evaluation standards will be valuable in this work.
