About AI Training Work

AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Experts review, write, and evaluate examples that help modern AI systems produce more useful, accurate, and effective results. In this role, your enterprise marketing judgment will help models perform better on professional business-document workflows.

  • Work remotely with a computer and internet connection
  • Contribute to cutting-edge generative AI development
  • Apply specialized professional expertise to practical model evaluation
  • Choose flexible work around a part-time contractor schedule

The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a remote, US-based contractor to evaluate and improve AI models that produce professional enterprise marketing documents. You will create reference materials, assess model-generated content, and turn nuanced marketing standards into useful evaluation data.

The work centers on brand voice, strategic communication, executive-level quality, and the failure modes that can make AI-generated marketing materials ineffective. The expected time commitment is 20 or more hours per week.

  • Role type: Part-time contractor
  • Location: United States, fully remote
  • Language: English
  • Compensation: $100–$200 per hour

What You'll Do

You will bring senior enterprise marketing judgment to realistic campaign, brand, and launch workflows. Your work will help define what high-quality AI-generated marketing communication looks like for professional audiences.

  • Design tasks reflecting enterprise campaign planning, brand review, and launch-material development
  • Create campaign briefs, brand decks, launch narratives, and executive marketing readouts
  • Evaluate AI-generated content for brand voice, strategic depth, audience fit, and narrative coherence
  • Develop detailed rubrics that distinguish boardroom-ready materials from generic outputs
  • Identify and document failure modes such as weak positioning, tonal drift, and lack of differentiation
  • Refine task guidance and assessment criteria with project leaders
  • Generate actionable feedback and data to improve model performance on marketing use cases

Requirements

At least five years of marketing experience with Fortune 500 or comparable enterprise brands is required. You should have a demonstrated record of owning campaign decks, brand narratives, or launch materials and be able to apply marketing judgment consistently when assessing generated content.

Prior AI experience is not required. The role values demonstrated marketing expertise, strong communication, and the ability to evaluate professional materials against demanding enterprise standards.

  • Enterprise marketing experience with Fortune 500 or comparable global brands
  • Ownership of campaign decks, brand narratives, or launch materials
  • Expertise in brand positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market narrative frameworks
  • Ability to evaluate brand voice, strategic depth, audience fit, and narrative coherence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Executive presentation experience and control of brand voice
  • Experience producing or assessing C-suite and senior-leadership marketing communications
  • Detail-oriented analytical approach
  • A master's degree is preferred; an MBA is an asset

Who Should Apply

This opportunity is suited to an experienced enterprise marketer who understands how strong positioning, narrative structure, audience strategy, and brand consistency come together in high-stakes communications. It is especially relevant for professionals who have created or reviewed materials for senior leadership and can clearly explain why marketing content succeeds or falls short.

  • Senior marketers with Fortune 500 or comparable global-brand experience
  • Professionals experienced in campaigns, brand strategy, launches, or executive communications
  • Marketing experts interested in shaping how generative AI supports enterprise workflows
  • Applicants who can commit to 20 or more hours per week
