OpenTrain is recruiting experienced marketing and advertising professionals for a remote work evaluation role. You will design task-specific grading criteria and score AI-generated and human marketing work samples with rigorous written justifications.
The work covers creative briefs, campaign concepts and decks, brand positioning and messaging frameworks, ad copy and scripts, integrated campaign plans, and client-ready presentations.
You will translate professional marketing standards into clear evaluation frameworks, then apply those frameworks carefully across a range of deliverables. Written reasoning is an important part of the work, because each score should be understandable, consistent, and supported by evidence.
This role is designed for professionals with substantial marketing or advertising experience and strong practical judgment. You should be comfortable evaluating both strategic and creative work, explaining your decisions, and maintaining structured review standards.
