About AI Evaluation Work
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Expert contributors create realistic examples, review model outputs, and develop evaluation standards that help AI systems become more accurate, useful, and reliable.
In this role, your enterprise fraud expertise will help test whether AI systems can reason through complex fraud detection, financial crimes investigations, regulatory reporting, and escalation decisions—not merely repeat textbook concepts.
The Role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting an Enterprise Fraud Detection AI Evaluation Expert to design high-quality evaluation tasks for AI systems operating in Fortune 500 fraud and financial crimes contexts. You will create realistic scenarios, draft reference outputs, and author rubrics that reflect the judgment required in large-scale financial institutions.

5+ years of experience in fraud detection, financial crimes investigation, or AML compliance at a Fortune 500 institution.
Direct ownership of Fortune 500-scale fraud detection programs, investigation caseloads, or transaction monitoring systems.

Experience with tools such as SAS Fraud Management, Actimize, or Feedzai.
Helpful Background
Authorship of evaluation rubrics, fraud-investigation training curricula, or case documentation.
