The work

You will help evaluate whether AI-generated teaching guidance is sound, age appropriate, and practical in real classrooms. The work uses professional education judgment to create evaluation data for AI models.

You will explain why an instructional decision works, identify advice that only sounds plausible, and judge whether lessons could succeed with real learners.

  • Write realistic teaching scenarios covering lesson planning through assessment.
  • Develop reference answers that explain the teaching reasoning behind instructional decisions.
  • Rate model responses for instructional quality, classroom practicality, and age appropriateness.
  • Identify lessons and advice that would not work well with real learners.

  • Work setup: Fully remote and asynchronous.
  • Required: A teaching license, teaching certification, or equivalent classroom credential.

  • Required: Strong knowledge of lesson planning, differentiation, and assessment design.
