About AI training work
AI training (also called data labeling, annotation, or human feedback work) is how people teach models by example: annotating, rating, summarizing, and explaining content so models make smarter decisions. Many projects are remote and flexible, and contributors directly shape how state-of-the-art language models behave.
The role
You will be an Analytical Content Reviewer working in Dutch and English to improve language-model accuracy. The work focuses on analytical judgment: breaking long passages into logical blocks, validating factual claims via online research, answering puzzle-style prompts, and producing clear explanations for model training.
This role centers on text data and tasks including evaluation ratings, RLHF-style feedback, text summarization, and question answering. Strong written communication and independent remote work habits are essential.
