The role

We are hiring a Bahasa Indonesian Content Review Analyst to support language model improvement. You will read longer texts, divide them into logical blocks, research and validate claims, summarize content, and produce clear analytical Q&A examples and annotations that help train LLMs.

This is a contractor, part-time role that requires some overlap with US time zones and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

What you will do

Your work directly improves model understanding by creating high-quality training signals. Tasks combine careful reading, online research, constructive feedback, and structured annotation.

• Analyze content and divide it into smaller logical parts
• Research claims online and validate them against evidence
• Summarize longer passages concisely and accurately
• Answer analytical questions and build scenarios for model training
• Provide correct answers with concise explanations to support learning
• Produce constructive feedback and detailed annotations

Requirements

You must meet the core language and analytical requirements below. We will not invent or assume additional qualifications beyond what is listed.

• Fluent Bahasa Indonesian (required)
• Strong English comprehension for reading and summarizing longer text
• Ability to validate claims using online research
• Strong analytical and research ability
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting
• Clear written communication and ability to give constructive feedback
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite is helpful
• Experience with professionally written content, data interpretation, logical reasoning, or basic arithmetic is a plus

Helpful background and who should apply

This role is entry level and well suited to people with analytical or writing experience who want to grow into AI training work. Relevant study or work includes engineering, literature, journalism, communications, statistics, or related fields.

• Degree or undergraduate study in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields (helpful, not required)
• Professional writing experience such as business analysis, research, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation is a plus
