The Role
As a Dutch Domestic Tax AI Training Specialist, you will evaluate and improve AI systems focused on Dutch domestic taxation. You will answer complex tax questions, review AI-generated tax analyses for legal accuracy, and provide detailed feedback to refine model performance.
This is a part-time contractor position for contributors located in the Netherlands. The expected commitment is 20 or more hours per week, with compensation ranging from $100 to $130 per hour.

What You'll Do
You will apply professional judgment and established project rubrics to assess the quality of tax-related AI responses. Your work will include identifying legal errors, clarifying reasoning, and consistently documenting issues that may affect model performance.
Answer complex questions about Dutch domestic tax law using legislation, case law, and official guidance
Review AI-generated tax analyses for legal accuracy, completeness, and clarity
Correct incorrect or incomplete responses and provide structured explanations
Evaluate reasoning across personal and corporate tax scenarios
Flag ambiguous, conflicting, or insufficient legal guidance
Apply project rubrics and quality standards consistently
Participate in calibration and feedback sessions
Required Qualifications
This role requires substantial professional experience advising on Dutch domestic taxation and the ability to interpret authoritative Dutch tax materials. You should be comfortable reviewing detailed legal and tax reasoning in both Dutch and, where needed, English.
At least 5 years of professional experience advising on Dutch domestic taxation
Strong knowledge of Dutch Income Tax, Corporate Tax, VAT, and related legislation
Ability to interpret Dutch tax statutes, regulations, and official guidance
Native or professional fluency in Dutch
Strong English proficiency
Excellent analytical and written communication skills
Comfort reviewing detailed legal and tax reasoning
Preferred Background
Experience in a Big Four firm, tax advisory practice, law firm, corporate tax department, or the Dutch Tax Administration is helpful. Additional professional credentials and experience with content review or AI evaluation are also valued.
Registered Dutch tax adviser, such as NOB, RB, or equivalent
Master's degree in Tax Law, Fiscal Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
Experience handling complex tax controversies or planning matters
Experience reviewing legal or tax content
Background in quality assurance or AI/LLM evaluation projects
