About AI Training and Language Evaluation

AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Contributors review examples, assess model-generated content, and provide feedback that helps AI systems become more accurate, natural, and useful.

In this project, your Dutch language expertise will help evaluate whether AI-generated speech and writing sound fluent, accurate, natural, and authentic to native Dutch speakers.

The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking Dutch Bilingual Experts for a remote AI training and evaluation project. You will evaluate short Dutch audio clips and written content, identify subtle language issues, and provide clear feedback using project-specific tools and guidelines.

No previous AI experience is required. Native-level Dutch proficiency, fluent English communication, and excellent attention to detail are the primary requirements.

What You'll Do

You will assess AI-generated Dutch content according to established evaluation criteria. Your reviews should be consistent, detailed, and actionable, helping quality assurance teams maintain accuracy across project submissions.

• Listen to short Dutch audio clips and assess speech nativeness and fluency
• Evaluate pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and overall linguistic authenticity
• Identify language nuances, errors, unnatural phrasing, and pronunciation issues
• Review written content for Dutch language quality
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable written feedback
• Document evaluation findings using project-specific tools and guidelines
• Follow established evaluation criteria consistently
• Work with quality assurance teams to support accuracy and consistency
• Review submissions carefully and maintain strong attention to detail
• Attend occasional project update sessions and respond to clarification requests when required

Required Skills and Qualifications

You should be comfortable working in both Dutch and English and able to communicate language-quality judgments clearly. The role requires careful analysis of subtle differences in pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and natural language use.

• Native-level Dutch proficiency
• Fluent English proficiency, at B2 level or higher
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to identify subtle linguistic differences and errors
• Ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback
• Comfort working with online platforms and digital tools
• Ability to work independently while following detailed project guidelines

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in language or content quality work is helpful but not required. Applicants with strong Dutch language expertise and an interest in AI-generated content are encouraged to apply.
