The Role

What You'll Do
You will create and evaluate written material in Netherlands Dutch while following detailed safety and classification guidelines. Careful documentation is essential because each decision should be understandable, consistent, and supported by clear reasoning.
Write expert-level prompts in Netherlands Dutch across sensitive subject areas
Classify prompts and conversations using structured guidelines
Identify adversarial wording and escalation patterns
Recognize other safety concerns in model interactions

Required Qualifications
You should be comfortable making nuanced written judgments in Dutch and English. Prior AI or machine learning experience is not required, and training is provided on the workflow.
Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands
Business-level written English for clear written judgments
Ability to write sensitive-topic prompts in Netherlands Dutch
Strong written reasoning and attention to detail
Ability to classify prompts and conversations using structured guidelines
Sound judgment when handling sensitive and dual-use information
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Ability to work remotely while based in the Netherlands
Helpful Background
